東京都中央区晴海に整備される選手村の宿泊棟については、東京都が施行する市街地再開発事業において民間事業者が整備する住宅棟を、大会期間中に一時使用する計画となっています。大会後、住宅棟は改修し、新たに建築する高層棟とともに分譲等を行う予定となっています。
